Claiming your charging credits is easy! Follow the steps below to receive your credits. 

  1. Purchase a FLO Home X5 or G5 on the FLO Online Store from August 1, 2021 to October 1, 2021.
  2. Create your free FLO Member account here (Skip this step if you already have one).
  3. Collect the order number from the confirmation email received when you purchased your FLO Home™.
  4. Fill in your information here and upon FLO’s confirmation of your eligibility, the $100 credit will automatically be deposited into your FLO account 30 days after your purchase date.1,4,5. 

That’s it! You can find eligible stations to redeem your credits by downloading the FLO Mobile app here. From there, you can also view your usage data, schedule charging sessions, and find a charge when you’re on the road.
