Residents of California may be eligible for rebates and incentives towards the purchase and installation of a FLO Home^TM G5 or X5 EV charger through their local utility provider and available regional programs.

Residential customers of Alameda Municipal Power can receive a cash rebate of up to $800 towards the purchase and installation of a FLO Home™ X5 or G5 Level 2 (240V) electric vehicle charger for your home.

To claim your rebate, you must:

• Buy a new level 2 EV home charger such as the FLO Home™ X5 or G5
• Install with the help of a contractor or licensed electrician.
• Fill out and sign the application.
• Submit images of the following, as applicable:
  • Installed EV charger and charger serial number
  • Receipt or paid invoice from the charger purchase
  • Receipt or paid invoice(s) from installer and/or electrician, as relevant, showing the
    itemized and subtotaled cost of the charger installation and/or electrical upgrade
    (electrician’s invoice must include the electrician’s license number
  • The final and signed building permit.
• Please allow 8-12 weeks for rebate checks to be delivered.

Anaheim Public Utilities PEV Charger Rebate Program is offering up to $1,000 or $400 to customers who install a FLO Home™ X5 or G5 Level 2 (240V) electrical vehicle charger at their residence or business. Under this program, customers who install a FLO Home™ X5 networked charger and participate in the utility’s Time of Use or EV Rate program will be eligible for up to $1,000. Customers who do not participate in the utility programs will only be eligible for up to $400 and can choose to install either the FLO Home™ X5 or G5.

To claim your rebate, you must:

• Obtain an Anaheim building permit for the installation of the new EV charger. See here for more details.

Residential customers of Burbank Water and Power are eligible to receive a rebate of up to $500 towards the purchase of a FLO Home™ X5 Level 2 (240V) electrical vehicle charger and participation in the Time of Use Rate Program.

To claim your rebate, you must:

• Buy a new Level 2 EV home charger such as the FLO Home™ X5
• Install with the help of a contractor or licensed electrician.
• Submit a completed application form with supporting documentation.
• A rebate check will be mailed within 6-8 weeks after receiving the application.

Glendale Water & Power is offering residential customers a rebate of up to $599 towards the purchase and installation of FLO Home™ X5 or G5 Level 2 (240V).

• The FLO Home™ X5 network enabled charger is eligible for a rebate amount up to $599.
• The FLO Home™ G5 non-networked charger is eligible for a rebate amount up to $200.

To claim your rebate, you must:

• Purchase a qualifying Level 2 (240V) charging station, such as the FLO Home™ X5 or G5.
• Install through a certified contractor or electrician.
• Complete and submit rebate application form with requested supporting documentation.
• Residential customers will be issued a rebate in the form of a bill credit in 1 to 2 billing cycles upon receiving a completed application form.

Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) Charge Up LA! Program is offering residential customers up to $500 towards the purchase and installation of a of FLO Home™ X5 or G5 Level 2 (240V).

To claim your rebate, you must:

• Purchase and install a FLO Home™ X5 or G5 Level 2 (240V) charger.
• Complete all sections of the application.
• Submit application within 12 months from the purchase date of the charging station.
• You will be notified once the application has been received. Upon meeting the requirements, you will be mailed a check.
